Rules and Regulations of Villa Sonia

For the purpose of avoiding doubts and ensuring comfortable and safe stay of the Lessee, guests are requested to become acquainted with the rules and regulations below. In case an organized group rents the entire house, the person who makes the booking and pays for the stay signs the document. During the stay, such person is responsible for the entire group and potential damages caused intentionally or accidentally.
 
The guest, when booking Villa Sonia, declares that he/ she is familiar with the rules and regulations and accepts the terms of rules and regulations.
 
§ 1
The house is rented for weekends, week-long periods or other periods of time agreed with the Lessee.
 
§ 2
The check-in time in Villa Sonia is 4.00 p.m. and the check-out time is 10.00 a.m. (weekly stay) and 12.00 and 4.00 p.m. (weekend stay).
 
§ 3
Quiet hours start at 11.00 p.m.
 
§ 4
Without the owner’s approval, no persons from the outside can stay in the house. If the guest obtains such approval, persons from outside can stay in the house until 9.00 p.m.
 
§ 5
The booking is done upon payment of 30% of the amount due. If the booking is cancelled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the booking fee will be returned in full. If booking is cancelled later, the fee is not subject to return.
 
§ 6
The guest of Villa Sonia should settle the amount due for the stay before arrival and sign these rules and regulations at the moment of booking. An ID is required for check-in. If the ID raises doubts of a person designated to contacts with guests, such person has a right to ask for another document confirming identity of the person who checks-in (passport, driving license) without specifying the reason.
 
§ 7
When handing over the keys to the house, the personnel of the house provides instructions concerning the fireplace and selected electric devices constituting furnishings of the house. The guests become acquainted with the technical condition and the quantity of devices in the house.
 
§ 8
Absence of remarks and reservations with respect to the technical condition at the moment of entering the apartment is tantamount to the fact that the house was offered for rent in a condition free from remarks and reservations on the part of the guest.
 
§ 9
The Villa’s personnel do not have a right to enter the leased apartment without the guest’s approval or move personal belongings of guests. The right to enter the leased apartment is to be exercised only in case the guests’ safety is at risk or when guests fail to comply with the rules and regulations of the apartment.
 
§ 10
Pets are accepted on the basis of an additional fee of PLN 100 per animal (1 week, 1 weekend).
 
§ 11
Items left by guests in the apartment shall be sent at the guest’s cost to the address indicated by the guest. In case the guest does not indicate the address to which items left in the house should be sent or fails to collect such items in person within 3 days from the date of departure from the house, the personnel shall deal with the items in line with the provisions concerning lost or found items.
 
§ 12
On account of fire protection requirements, it is not possible to use any devices powered by electric energy or gas which do not constitute furnishings of the house and which may cause a fire threat, e.g. electric coil heaters, heaters and gas stoves. It is forbidden to bring flammable materials, explosives or odour-generating materials inside the house.
 
§ 13
When leaving the house please make sure that the door has been locked.
 
§ 14
When entering or leaving the premises, please make sure to lock the main entrance.§ 15
It is forbidden to take items constituting the furnishings of the house (e.g. towels, pillows, devices, plates, etc.) outside.
 
§ 16
The guests are requested to take care of the house, switch off lights and turn the water taps off.
 
§ 17
Smoking in Villa Sonia is forbidden.
 
§ 18
A guest who intentionally or accidentally destroys the property of Villa Sonia is required to cover the costs in full. On the date of departure, the guest is required to make the rented house available to a designated member of personnel for the purpose of controlling the condition of the house. The guest is allowed to leave the house only after the end of the control. Any claims regarding potential damages verified during acceptance of the house by a member of personnel shall be sought in court.
 
§ 19
The rented house is to be left in a condition in which it was on the day of arrival according to the report upon entering the house.
 
§ 20
Earlier departure of guests, due to reasons not attributable to the owner of Villa Sonia, does not entitle the guest to demand return of the amount for unused service.
 
§ 21
VAT invoices are issued at the customer’s request within 7 days from check-out date. The invoices are sent via registered mail to the indicated address.
